CRAIG MACGILLIVRAY
31/07/2021 15:30Born in Harrogate on 12 January 1993. Craig is a goalkeeper, who began his career as a youth player at Harrogate Railway Athletic. He moved to Stalybridge Celtic in 2011 before joining Harrogate Town in August 2012. Craig had a brief spell back at Harrogate RA in 2012 before establishing himself as Harrogate Town's first-choice keeper. He joined Walsall in June 2014 and moved to Shrewsbury Town in July 2017. Craig signed a two-year deal with Pompey on 4 June 2018, signing an extension in January 2019.
Craig proved a popular player with fans, most notably for his role in Pompey's EFL Trophy win in 2019 when he saved one of Sunderland's penalties.
Craig left Pompey after the end of the 2020-21 season after failing to agree a new contract and subsequently signed for Charlton Athletic. He now plays for Milton Keynes Dons.
